Bing also have Bing Webmaster Tools. If we have a Microsoft account just go and signup or signup using your Google account. After creating account then we have to add your website or blogger to Bing webmaster tools.
Adding your Website:
Login to Bing Webmaster Tools
Add your site to Bing Webmaster Tools by entering the URL of your site and click the add button then adding your sitemap address.
Verify Ownership Using Meta tag Authentication
Using meta tag authentication, copy the displayed meta tag and go to our registered sites then click Tools-Available Tools-Then open a window and paste the meta tag to the webmaster tool input box. Click Save Changes. Then click the verify button. If our site is verified by the Bing Webmaster tool, we can see the green checkmark.
Adding a Blogger
In the same way, we can add our Blogger to Bing Webmaster Tool.
First signup your Microsoft or Google account then entering the URL of your Blogger and add site map also. Then Verify using HTML meta tag authentication.
Copy the meta tag and open your Blogger and Go to Layout Menu, Copy the code to HTML edit box.

After pasting the above code save changes. Paste the Code in Bing Webmaster Center
Click Save changes And Click Verify Button. After the verification, we can see our Blogger in the Bing Dashboard.
